Create Connection Speedy (bridge)

Speedy ada dua cara mengaktifkannya :

1. PPPoE = Username & Password di set di modem. jadi modem hidup langsung aktif speedynya.
2. Bridge = Memakai sistem dial up di komputer, jadi ada icon speedy di pc.

disini kita akan membahas type bridge....

Create Connection Speedy (bridge)

Windows XP

1. Click Start

2. Click Control Panel

3. Click Network connections

4. Click Create a new connection, Next

5. Tandai Connect to the internet, Next

6. Tandai Set up my connection manually, Next

7. Tandai Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password, Next

8. Isi ISP Name: Speedy, Next

9. Isi your user name (nmrspeedy@telkom.net) dan password, Next

10. If you wanna create shortcut to desktop, cheklist Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop, Finish!


Windows Vista

1. Click Start

2. Click Connect to

3. Click Set up a connection or network

4. Tandai Connect to the Internet, Next

5. If you have another Connection, pic Set up a new connection anyway

6. Create a new connection, Next

7. Choose Broadband (PPPoE)

8. Isi no speedykamu (nmrspeedy@telkom.net) dan password from Provider

9. And than Click Connect

10. Connected!


Mac OS (Tiger)

1. Click System Preferences

2. Click Network

3. Pic Built-in Ethernet

4. Click TCP/IP, Apply Now

5. Click PPPoE, Cheklist

• Service Provider: Telkom
• Account Name: (nmrspeedy@telkom.net)
• Password: (password From provider)
• PPPoE Service Name: Speedy
• Apply Now


Mac OS (Leopard)

1. Click System Preferences

2. Click Network

3. Click Built-in Ethernet

4. Configure: Create PPPoE Service...

• Service Name: Speedy; Done
• PPPoE Service Name: Speedy
• Account Name: (nmrspeedy@telkom.net)
• Password: (password speedy)
• Remember this password.
• Apply
